Jennifer Swartz serves as an Assistant Principal at Phineas Davis Pre-K-8. Mrs. Swartz is a proud Bearcat alumna who is passionate and committed to serving our community. She is a 1998 graduate of West Virginia University where she earned her B.S. in Education (K-8) and her M.S. as a Reading Specialist (K-12). Mrs. Swartz studied Urban Leadership and obtained her principal certification through Shippensburg University.
This is Mrs. Swartz’s 27th year in education. She served many roles over the years including teaching and instructional leadership in the School District of the City of York, Instructor of Educational Psychology at West Virginia University, teaching and coaching middle level in Lower Cape May Regional School District, and Home Life Administration at the Milton Hershey School.
Mrs. Swartz is devoted to cultivating inclusive and innovative learning environments where all students can thrive. She believes in servant leadership and fostering the potential in all individuals. Most importantly, Mrs. Swartz enjoys spending time traveling, learning, and growing with her husband and two daughters, Thalia (18) and Addison (16).
